I would like to know if there is a way to trigger the Jira issue transition modal from a Custom UI app?
In our app — which is an issue panel app — we display a list of issues that are related to the currently opened issue. We have the ability to edit the fields of each related issue directly from the panel.
When we click on the status of an issue, a dropdown appears allowing us to change its status.
Currently, when an issue transition includes a transition screen, we open a new tab. Now, we would like to open the issue transition modal instead.
Is there a way to do that — or alternatively, to open the issue view modal of the issue we are editing?
