Access to ecosystem support

I’ve same issue @DamianKleszcz My situation:

  • Cannot access ECOHELP tickets or the Service Desk portal

  • My app has been pending review for over 10 business days

  • Getting “Permission Denied” errors

  • “No access. It seems that your account ****** doesn’t have access to the help center.” requested access multiple times but still not granted.

Looking forward to assistance from the Ecosystem Support team.
