I’ve same issue @DamianKleszcz My situation:

  • Cannot access ECOHELP tickets or the Service Desk portal

  • My app has been pending review for over 10 business days

  • Getting “Permission Denied” errors

  • “No access. It seems that your account ****** doesn’t have access to the help center.” requested access multiple times but still not granted.

Looking forward to assistance from the Ecosystem Support team.

Hi Damien, I’m having the exact same problem as everyone in this thread regarding not able to access the Partner Portal or create ECOHELP tickets. Would you be able to help me too? Thanks a lot, appreciate it!
