Add a Forge Plugin page under "Apps" menu in Confluence

Hello Everyone,
I’m creating a Forge plugin for Confluence and I want to add a page under the “Apps” menu but I didn’t find a way to do it.

I saw other plugin have done it, but I don’t know if they have done it by Forge or Connect.

Can anyone tell me the module I can use?
