Add link to external resource in portal group?

Hi there,

I am looking for a way to add a link to an external resource or form within the portal group view in Jira Service Management.

From what I understand, there isn’t a Forge module available for this functionality, correct?
Are there alternative approaches to achieve this? For instance, could a ‘dummy request type’ be used to redirect users to the external form?

Use case: We have certain tasks that need to be performed in third-party systems, but we want them to appear in the portal so that all tasks are centralized in one place.

It seems there’s no way to add this functionality without relying on a third-party app that overrides the entire portal.
