Ensure you have a code block on the page, by default, the chart uses auto detect to discover which code block to use, if there is no code block you see that error. If you have a code block on the page and still getting the error, change the drop down from auto0detect to your code block.
To my knowledge the code block and diagram must be on the same page and cannot be part of a page inlcude or page link
