Hi,
One of my app users is receiving a 404 error when trying to pull the all.js directly from ourinstance.atlassian.net/atlassian-connect/all.js
However, I see that all references to all.js in my code point to the CDN version.
Has anyone hit the same issue too? The weird part is that he’s the only one complaining about that issue.

Loading all.js from the instance has been deprecated. Check out this blog post Announcement: Reminder about deprecation of xdm_e usage and needing to load all.js from the CDN - Atlassian Developer Blog
LE: I see you are fetching it from the correct CDN so I’d check with the user that it has the latest version of your app (cache, etc.)
Have you changed the apps’ scopes or pricing model? If so, the app will not be automatically upgraded as an administrator of the tenant needs to approve the upgrade.
