An Error occured while trying to load application

Good evening,
I have a problem with loading our forge app because most of the users can not load content of modal which is displayed after button click.

My account and technical user account can display following modal:

Any other user can display the modal, but this error appears.

Does anyone have any idea, what can be causing this problem ?

In the developer console on developer.atlassian.com what is your apps distribution status?

my app’s distribution is in “Sharing” status
