App approval ticket not visiable for me

Hi Atlassian Team,
I applied my first jira server app for the approval: VIP.LEAN TOOLS - Advanced Links
The link from [pending approval] is leading to Jira Service Management, where I don’t have access. Is that working as designed, or should I have at least a view on the ticket to answer any upcoming questions. Thanks for a feedback.
