Currently, we have an app that is pending approval. We have few changes to the app summary and tagline, which we cannot edit now This app is still pending approval by Atlassian and cannot be edited.
The question is will we be able to change it before we publish the app after approval? If so will those changes require us to submit the app again for approval?

I don’t think this would be an issue unless the changes to the description are significant. But to get a more personalised answer for your particular case, I would suggest commenting on the JIRA ticket that you have received for the approval of your app and the Marketplace team will get back to you with additional information
