Are Cloud Apps by Vendors limited to $0.05 cent increment changes?

We are updating our Cloud App prices. However it appears changes can only be made in $0.05 cent increments? Is this correct? For some of our tiers we only charge $0.10 /user.

This means that increment would make our only option a 50% increase for customers.

Is this accurate? I opened an issue asking for more details or an exception as well, but perhaps I’m just missing where this is documented…

That’s the unfortunate reality, yes. And I don’t believe it’s documented anywhere.

Thanks for this info @david2. Appreciate the feedback. Perhaps our products are just priced too low. This is going to be interesting if the platform forces a 50% increase. I’m hoping to hear the official line from Atlassian.
