Arranging the sections of the Service Desk portal page

Does anyone know if it is possible to rearrange the sections of the customer portal? We have received feedback from our customers regarding the organization of the sections and they would like to see the Details of the request before activity and then, an approval.

We’ve researched addons, but nothing seems to provide a solid answer. Additionally, after communicating with Refined Wiki, they do not have any immediate plans to enhance their product, so we’d like to see if anyone has suggestions in the interim.
