# Atlassian-public failed: SSL peer shut down incorrectly

Hi! After all steps from [https://developer.atlassian.com/server/framework/atlassian-sdk/create-a-helloworld-plugin-project/](https://developer.atlassian.com/server/framework/atlassian-sdk/create-a-helloworld-plugin-project/) I have this error (last command was “atlas-run”):

[Index of maven-external/](https://maven.atlassian.com/repository/public) is available from browser.  
Windows 10, firewall is turned off.

1. How to fix this?
2. Why com.atlassian.sal, com.atlassian.plugin are not found in MyPluginComponentImpl  
using latest Intellij Idea? After “mvn install”:
