I have doubt regarding billing. Lets assume I create an Forge app and make it available in market place under Free license, After December 2023 If my app exceeds in quota then in that case who will pay for the exceeded quota ? Customer or the developer ? assuming my app will deal in lots of database and api calls that download lots of data to create jira tickets
