Hi team! I’m a new vendor and I’m stuck in a loop. I submitted my app “Smart Time Shepherd” on Jan 13th (Ticket: ECOHELP-106357).
Problems:

The review is pending for 10+ business days.

The ECOHELP portal shows a blank page for me (access issue).

I accidentally missed uploading screenshots/banners and now I can’t add them because the ticket is inaccessible and the app is locked.
All support emails (cloud-support-temp, etc.) are bouncing back. Could someone from the Marketplace team please help me fix my access or look into the ticket?
