Blocked: no access to ECOHELP Marketplace review ticket (ECOHELP-107366) for Forge app

Hi Atlassian team,

I’m blocked from completing my Marketplace review because I cannot access the ECOHELP ticket created for my submission.

App details:

  • App: Daily Standup Governance for Jira (Forge)

  • App key: com.logiclemurlabs.standup.governance

  • Vendor: Logiclemur Labs

  • Ticket referenced in Atlassian email: ECOHELP-107366

  • Email mentioned in the email: meghna@logiclemurlabs.com

Problem:

  • I’m not able to view ECOHELP links show “Forbidden / No access”.

  • The password reset link provided in the email returns 404.

Request:

  1. Please restore access to ECOHELP-107366

  2. Please confirm the correct way to access ECOHELP tickets (which login URL / project permissions are required).
