Hi,
our app is approved to use Email API, and it works on a new Jira Cloud account with default settings. One of our customers reports a problem synchronizing non-admin user accounts with our web app, which is a clear sign that the Connect App can’t access Email. Is there any setting that might block email sharing with 3rd party connect apps?
