Cannot clean and build plugin

Hello,
I’m trying to create my first SIL plugin but I stuck, already, with this issue :

Could not resolve dependencies for project com.mycompany:silexample:jar:4.0.0: Could not find artifact com.keplerrominfo.jira.plugins:katl-commons:jar:4.0.0-SNAPSHOT →

Juste resolved by adding the KAtl-commun.jar to the plugin project.
