Cannot use interfaces from atlassian-webhooks-plugin

Hi!
I am trying to enrich webhooks by adding headers. When I use WebhookInvocation or WebhookRequestEnricher my plugin stops working and the debugger will not even stop in the other classes that I have.
I have no error, tried different versions of jira 7.13.0/8.0/8.5…

import com.atlassian.plugin.spring.scanner.annotation.export.ExportAsService;
import com.atlassian.webhooks.WebhookInvocation;
import com.atlassian.webhooks.WebhookRequestEnricher;
import org.springframework.stereotype.Component;
import javax.annotation.Nonnull;
import java.util.Base64;

@ Component
@ ExportAsService
public class TMWebhookUpdater implements WebhookRequestEnricher {

@ Override
public void enrich(@Nonnull WebhookInvocation invocation) {
String userPass = TMUser+":"+TMPassword;

    invocation.getRequestBuilder()
            .header("Authorization", Base64.getEncoder().encodeToString(userPass.getBytes()))
            .header("Accept", "application/json")
            .header("Content-Type", "application/json");
}

@ Override
public int getWeight() {
    return 0;
}

}

Are there any dependencies or configurations that I am missing?
