# Catalog snapshot REST API endpoint not working

Hello,

The latest catalog snapshot endpoint (marketplace/rest/3/reporting/product-catalog/latest) in Atlassian Marketplace REST API v3 started returning a 404 error with the following message a few days ago (since 10th of September on our end)

\*\*{“message”:“No product catalog snapshot available in the last 7 day(s). Please try again later.”}  
\*\*  
Can anyone help with this one please?

I recommend you report that through [developer support](https://developer.atlassian.com/support/). If there’s an incident there, I did not see acknowledgement on [the developer status page](https://developer.status.atlassian.com/). Whether it affects all Marketplace partners or just you, I think this one needs someone who could look into back-end logs.
