Is it possible to change linked issue status by changing status of other issue that is in different project?
The case is this:
I create a new ticket (in other project) automatically (let’s call the thicket “B”) by changing status in a thicket using scriptrunner (Thicket “A”). When the “B” thicket is Resolved I need the status of “A” to be changed. I thought I can link them together so I can find the “A” Thicket, but maybe there is a better option.
Is this possible to automate?
