Change the font size or text color of text “What do need help with?” on Jira service desk portal in the latest version of JSD as it’s merely invisible due to the background color. We can’t change the background color as it’s company approved standard color. And in the old version of JSD (4.5.2)

And this is blocking our golive and upgrading the production instance.
Please let us know if there is any way we can edit the color or font of the text with out third party plugins.
