In the vendor license reports screen, I have a few expired licenses. I was wondering what is Atlassian’s comms approach for the end user for plugins that are about to expire or have expired. Is there any email that Atlassian sends to the customer and if yes when is it sent and what is the message?
I think “Expired” means that the customer was trialling Jira/Confluence/etc. overall and that they did not continue beyond the trial period. Not 100% sure about this, though.
