We are partnered with a 3rd party intranet provider that is querying Confluence Cloud to return relevant KB information we have stored in Confluence. If we search for the content within Confluence Cloud, the search string always places the relevant article at the top of the returned search results.
When the call is made through the Rest API, it appears that no relevance data is returned and the preferred result is not displayed at the top of the of the returned search results.
Is this expected and normal behavior? Seems like it would greatly diminish the value and usability of the product. Are or our solutions provider missing something?
