Almost none of the Confluence Server source download links seem to be available. I’m not sure if this is a bug or change in policy. If policy I’ve not found a notice of change:

Thanks for reporting the issue. I quickly double checked the page and i confirmed there is some issues with the Confluence WAC page that does not contain the right information to render the download url for Confluence versions
I fixed the problem and it should be good now.

Quick update, there seems another issue besides what i have fixed today. That should be fixed by someone in another team.
I am trying to communicate to that team to find out the root cause and see how we can fix this one as soon as we can
