Cookie based authentification in Selenium

Hi, I developped a Python3 script using Selenium in order to automate clicking on the “site access” toggle for a set of users.
This works fine except for the authentification part where I currently need to manually authentificate to my Atlassian account.

I tried adding all the cookies of my Atlassian session (including the xsrf token) but this still won’t consider my account to be connected and I am presented with the prompt.

I also tried opening the url with basic http authentification driver.get(“https://email:token@site.atlassian.net/”), but this also failed.

Is there a way to use a cookie based authentification to basically not having the user to manually prompt his credentials?

If not how to deal with authentification? The goal for this script is, at end, to run headless.

Thanks.
