Create blueprint fail after add new dialog wizard page

Hey,

i have try to add a second page for the dialog wizard.
After i package my blueprint plugin and try to create it in confluence, the creation dialog don’t show my wizard.
I don’t know why… Can anybody help me?

Before i insert the second dialog-page all right with blueprint plugin.
