Our version of jira is :8.20.17. It was upgraded from 7.6.x.
We used clustering and load balancing and hardware upgraded. but It’s even slower.
We don’t know where the configuration went wrong.
CPU Low usage
database use PG14.

There’s no simple answer to why speed of some actions is slow. It could be that your hardware is not powerful, it could be that you have REST API clients demanding far too much, it could be that your configuration is subpar! Three distinct possibilities in a sea of possibilities.
It is not likely you’ll receive helpful advice in a plugin developer forum like this.
