I’m need add new fields like employee number and department into each jira user. This feature shouldn’t be regarding by workspace but to user entity of Jira Cloud.
Some one had the same request ? Or need to build a app to extend User entity ?

Otherwise, if you would like to build an app for your specific use case Users entity properties are a valid option for storing the employee data.
