I have some code which uses the API to create a service desk request. This has been working for more than 6 months.
It populates the raiseOnBehalfOf field with the email address of the customer. And if this customer is not created already, then up until recently, JSD would send an invitation to this customer to ask them to join.
This is no longer the case. The request is created successfully. The customer is added to JSD successfully. But no invitation is being sent.
Has there been a change in the API or how it operates? Do I need to create the customer separately now?
