Customer is on a trial for over 2 years


A customer of our paid Cloud app contacted us recently with a question about how they can convert from trial to paid license.
They said that they were not able to do so, and they had to restart the subscription every month.

I have contacted the AMKT support, and I’ve got information that it is a known issue tracked as “improvement” since 2015:
AMKT support is also not able to stop the “forever trial” subscription (which could convert the license to a paid one at the end of the month/cycle).

I’m curious how many other vendors are affected by this case. If there is only a handful of us, that could justify the low priority of the problem - even though it affects money directly.


Please note that our account has been affected for at least two years, but we’ve discovered that only recently.
