I am doing some work with Applinks and have discovered that JIRA will not accept the oauth token request over http. Is there a way to configure atlas-run to setup an https port? I have tried modifying cargo-jira-home/conf/server.xml to add the http connector, but whenever I start atlas-run it is overwritten.
