Customizing Help Center

Hello.

By default, on the Help Center page, the customer sees a search bar and all the portals they have access to.
I would like to customize this page and group all portals into two different categories. And after selecting a category, the customer should see all the portals he has access to from a specific category.

I’m new to the Jira world, so I’m wondering what tools I need to use to achieve this.
I checked all the basic customizations, but they don’t fit my purpose.

Of the advanced tools, I have a license for scriptrunner, but I don’t know what is the context of this section of the site to modify it.

Do you have any experience in this?
Can you give some tips on how I can achieve this?
