Delay in Marketplace support response


We have applied for Vendor Security Self awareness program some months before and the ticket shows that it is approved. But it is not reflected in our app page.

We have raised a support ticket to know about this three weeks before and did two follow-ups after that. But still we didn’t received any response from Marketplace team.

We have a customer who is doing multiple follow-ups with us saying that they need to install the app once the Security Self-Assessment Program is completed by us.

Is there any other medium where I can contact and escalate this to marketplace team to get a faster resolution. Please any Atlassian team member help us on this.
