Since April 1, 2017 there will be no comment and worklog data in wehhooks. Deprecation notices are not precise. Does anyone know more about it?

We are going to postpone the changes described in these deprecation notices until we can provide more clarity. The deprecation notices themselves will be updated as soon as possible, and we have created official tracking issues that you can follow for specific updates:
