Detect plugin is installed (entity property is searchable)

When querying Jira API from an external script, how to detect if our custom plugin is installed? Particularly, I need to detect if a custom property is searchable to optimize JQL queries by property search. (If the property is not searchable, then the script would search all properties and does property filtering itself).

I can change the code of the plugin as need, e.g. set some property. However, app properties cannot be accessed outside of the app.

Maybe the old and crusty UPM REST API.

Thanks, that looks perfect. Just the doc says “Using sysadmin credentials”, however, it seems GET /rest/plugins/1.0/ does not need super powers, e.g. I can get the list from https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/rest/plugins/1.0/
