Developed Customfield are not showing for customer service management

Hello,
we have developed a new customfield type that works on jira and portal and it is working fine,
we are now trying to make it compatible with customer service management, by creating a form, and adding the field in the form,
unfortunately, we couldn’t find our field in the fields list when we try to configure the fields for the form,
is there a configuration we need to add to our customfield to include it in the form,

Looks like Forge custom fields are not supported in the Jira Service Management Forms and we have suggestion request ECO-1273 | Forge Custom Fields are not available on Jira Service Management Forms to add the support for the same.

We are working to add Forge support to Customer Service Management (“CSM”). Some existing capabilities will already work where CSM is re-using existing Jira cloud platform surfaces - for example, the CSM Agent view will already support a wide variety of Forge capabilities. However, because the CSM customer portal is built on a separate technology, Forge fields don’t render there yet.
