Development instance of Jira Service Desk

Is it possible to install Jira Service Desk (Server version) locally just for development of apps with the REST API integration? I see you can download the software but that it is only good for 30 days. I would like to run an instance locally to use for app development for the APIs that may need to exceed 30 days.

Yep! We offer timebomb licenses—you can renew them infinitely, but they’ll kick you out after a few hours. Perfect for development.
