Has anyone practically ever tried this? So if I set the apiVersion to e.g. 2. Are the CSS/JS resources technically separated until I click on Upgrade? Or are there any problems with it? (Yes we change the url to a new one)
If you’re changing the base url - it should automatically propagate through like any other descriptor change (over time). However - if there are any blocking changes done in the descriptor (for example scope) that the administrator has to approve - that will make anyone on the previous version (before that change) stay on the old base url.
