two or three weeks ago we noticed that there are two “Category” custom fields, both of type
com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.customfieldtypes:jwm-category. The fact that there are two of these fields caused significant complexity in our app’s integration with JWM, and apparently caused bugs in other apps, too.
It now seems like one of the two Category fields has been removed, as also reported by this customer.
Do I understand correctly that this was a bug on Atlassian’s side that has now been fixed? In other words, can I rely on the Category field only existing once per site, for all sites?
