@nmansilla I can see from the customer’s screenshot (see DEVHELP-3645) that the request to my backend is missing query params that should have been filled with context parameters.
Could it be that the report on your end does not include the issue from Jira Service Desk? According to @PawelRacki the corresponding JSD issue seems to be handled by a different team.

It appears that we’ve had a recurrence of the issue with the missing context parameters in the URL that @edave flagged earlier here.
