I am encountering an issue while attempting to upload my app connector URL UPM on Atlassian. Upon uploading, I receive the error message: “This app failed to enable. Contact the app vendor for support.” Unfortunately, this is my first time facing such an error, and I am unable to access my app as a result.
Could you please assist me in understanding the possible causes of this error and provide guidance on how to resolve it? I would greatly appreciate any insights or step-by-step instructions to identify and rectify the issue.
