We are developing the forge application and today we deployed the app to the customer’s production environment.Then, we encountered the error shown in the picture below. This occurs when the app calls the storage API and requestJira API.
The logs show that the same application worked fine until 3pm(JST), January 25th. Also, we haven’t seen this error in any other environments besides the customer’s production environment.
We redeployed the app at 5:30 pm today, as the article suggests([https://developer.atlassian.com/platform/forge/changelog/\#:\~:text=forge/cli.\-,18%20January%202023,\-ANNOUNCEMENT\](https://developer.atlassian.com/platform/forge/changelog/#:~:text=forge/cli.-,18%20January%202023,-ANNOUNCEMENT)), but it didn’t solve the problem.This happens only in the customer’s production environment, and not even in the cutomer’s sandbox environment.Is there any solution or workaround for this problem?
