Forge app created for dev is not showing under the Apps folder after updating forge cli

I have created a forge app for jira project page and deployed and installed in the Atlassian site but they are not visible under the Apps folder to run them

Do you mean the Apps drop-down in the top navigation? If you want your app to show there, then you need to create a Jira global page.

yes. I want my app to be shown in top navigation. I will try creating jira global page.
But my doubt is I created Project page and it was showing in the navigation until I upgraded my forge cli. Suddenly after forge install --upgrade it was not showing under the Apps.
