Forge "global page" not loading - Not Found error

Observation:
This issue disappeared after we redeployed with a new release to production. However, it is concerning that a redeploy was required when there were no code or manifest changes, and we would appreciate any insight into why this happened and how to avoid such occurrences in the future.

Hi Atlassian Team,

We are experiencing a critical issue with our Forge apps. The global page does not load and instead shows a blank screen (see attached screenshot).

A 404 error appears in the browser network tab for the following resource:

Could you please help investigate why the resource is not found (404) and how to restore the global page loading for our Forge app?

Would highly recommend you create a Support ticket so we can route this to the right team and determine exactly what occurred here.

Our engineering team is actively investigating the issue. A suggested workaround is to try re-deploying your app and let us know if that helps.

Hi team,

I see that the reported incident has now been resolved (incident link).

However, I would recommend that a root cause analysis (RCA) be published, along with corresponding test cases, to help prevent similar incidents in the future. Additionally, it would be ideal if such issues could be proactively surfaced on the Status page, rather than being discovered and reported by partners.
