Observation:
This issue disappeared after we redeployed with a new release to production. However, it is concerning that a redeploy was required when there were no code or manifest changes, and we would appreciate any insight into why this happened and how to avoid such occurrences in the future.

We are experiencing a critical issue with our Forge apps. The global page does not load and instead shows a blank screen (see attached screenshot).
I see that the reported incident has now been resolved (incident link).
However, I would recommend that a root cause analysis (RCA) be published, along with corresponding test cases, to help prevent similar incidents in the future. Additionally, it would be ideal if such issues could be proactively surfaced on the Status page, rather than being discovered and reported by partners.
