# Forge invoke is very slow

Just to understand your setup more.

If you use `forge tunnel` then `Forge Backend Function` would be running on your local machine as well. I’m assuming you’re not using this and have deployed your app at least to the development environment.

I’m curious about the numbers you’re receiving because they are highly unexpected. How many times did you measure this latency?

Is there much code in your resolvers?
