We discovered and reported a similar issue 2 years ago. It was confirmed by Atlassian but it isn’t fixed yet.

My issue was a port conflict. I usually use 4000 for ACE dev, but had run another project on the same port and it didn’t get released. Simple enough to resolve.
Does it have to be an error? It’s so noisy. And it seems like pretty valid scenario on customer side to have not valid JWT token.
