We have an external Jira Cloud Connection application which synchronizes data from Jira to another system. The app handles “jira:issue_updated” event. Suddenly, on about 20 September some of our clients started complaining that instead of text changed in some rich text Jira fields (Environment and Description) they started getting JSON like this one:
{“id”:“ari:cloud:jira:GUID:issuefieldvalue/82XXX/environment”,“version”:“1”}
The problem is we cannot reproduce this in our test Jira Cloud instance. Does anybody have an idea why this happens? Were there any changes in the ChangeLog field format or can it be influence of some addons?
