Has the approval of Server version (paid via Atlassian) stopped?

We submitted a request to convert one of the Server App to Paid-via-Atlassian on 17th Nov. The request has not been processed now after almost a month.

We followed up on the ticket but no response was given.

Has the support team stopped processing this? If that is the case, we are happy to withdraw the request. Before that, we have to check back every few days.
