How can I include JIRA notification functionality using @mentions in my cloud app ?

I am building a JIRA cloud app using ACE and on some pages I want to include comment section so that I can use JIRA notification functionality through [@mention] but I am not able to find , how can I include this thing in my hbs so that I can have this [@mention] functionality on that page of my app. Please guide me.

Hi @SapnaJangid,

Just to clarify, are you wanting to @mention users within your apps’ panels/iframes and expecting Jira to send email notifications?

Yes. I want to have @mention users in my app’s iframe and want JIRA to send email & notifications.
