How can i upgrade all customers to the new major version of our Jira app

Hi folks,
We have released a new major version of our app but we see that a lot of customers still using the old version of the app and other are on very old version , how can we upgrade these old customer version ?

Or they should do it by themselves ?

Major version upgrades will always be a manual process.

If you need a call to action to remind users that there is a new version of the app available, then consider backporting.

Thank you @rcsr what about developing a modal that display upgrade button and in this case admin once click on it the app will be upgraded !
